First Impressions:

Since I’ve tried one of their candles before and really loved it, I was definitely looking forward to giving this one a try as lavender is becoming a favourite scent of mine and I just love these natural candles. The packaging is really nice and eco friendly as the candles all come in glass jars with a screw on lid so you can keep them away from little hands while they’re not being used.

They currently have 7 different scents in the candles;

They are; Natural Lavender, Gardener’s Citronella, Winter Woodland, Christmas Cwtch, Lime Basil & Mandarin, Exotic Wood & Ylang Ylang and Rose Geranium & Grapefruit. These all come in a 105g size jar and you can also get the Lavender, Exotic Wood & Ylang Ylang and Rose Geranium & Grapefruit in 30g travel size jars which is what I’ve been trying out this week.

The Review:

I really, really enjoyed using this candle. I used it not just downstairs in the living room but I used it a couple of nights before bed in the bedroom to see if it helped relax and calm myself and the OH before bed. Lavender is well known for its ability to induce relaxation, aid anxiety and improve sleep quality, whenever you’re feeling restless after a long day at work, light this candle and feel yourself begin to unwind. I also found it helped when I’m feeding the baby and puts him into a really great relaxed state and he sleeps better.

These fab candles are handmade in small batches using ethically sourced soy wax. You can enjoy a burn time of up to 25 hours from the 105g large candles whilst the smaller 30g travel candles have a burn time of up to 4 hours. I will say just be careful as the jars do get hot after burning so don’t try and pick it up or move it around. The scent is really nice and pleasant and really subtle. I’m a bit put off by candles that have really over powering scents to them when they’re burning. These ones have a really nice subtle scent that fills the house and makes it feel so warm and inviting.

This lovely Lavender candle is part of their Calm range, the great thing is you can get your hands on some fantastic gift sets if you’d like to try a few products from their ranges. I know a few people that would love the calm gift set to help de-stress and get a good nights sleep after work. I really like this brand and their products and they’re a really great price too. The large candles are priced at £10 and the travel size are priced at £5.50. The lovely gift sets that they have are priced from £28 to £35.

Have you tried anything from this brand?? What did you think?? What’s your favourite range or product??
