LoveLula | April First Impressions & Contents

Those of you that know me, know I love a good beauty box and I’ve tried loads of them but I have only been subscribed to my fave for quite some time now. But I have subscribed to LoveLula on and off for a couple of years. For those of you who don’t know who LoveLula are, they are an online retailer who specialise in sourcing the best cruelty-free, organic and natural products from around the world, and offer ethically-minded customers a fuss-free way to shop as they do all the research and hard work for you.

The LoveLula Beauty Box is a monthly subscription box and each month it contains a great selection of green beauty goodness to try out. Everyone gets the same products each month and it’s kept a complete surprise so you won’t know what you get until you receive your box. I love the element of surprise with beauty boxes. I decided to sign up to a 6 month subscription and received my first box in April.

There’s some lovely products in April’s box that I’m really excited to try especially that lush nail polish. April’s LoveLula box contains 5 products, 4 of which are full size.

Gallinee Body Milk

The first of the full sized products and the first product out of the box. I’ve never heard or tried anything from this brand before so really looking forward to giving this a try, I love my body lotions. It’s the one product I need to have as my skin gets quite dry. This retails at £28.

Glossworks Nail Polish in Raspberry Parade

Another full sized product, I’ve heard of this lovely brand before and even have one of their nail polishes from a previous box. This is a shade I’d definitely wear and it’s so me. I can’t wait to try it out, it looks a really nice spring shade. This retails at £12.

Kimberly Sayer Gentle Face Cleanser & Restore Anti-Ageing Cream

The only samples in this box and they’re both Kimberly Sayer samples. I’ve tried a few samples from this brand and really liked them but have yet to find something to buy full price. I’m looking forward to giving these a try.

Alteya Organics Organic Bulgarian Chamomile Water

The second new brand to me and the third full sized product. I absolutely love these floral waters. They’re fab for mixing with powdered masks, refreshing your face with a couple of spritzes. I’m looking forward to giving this a try as I’ve never tried a chamomile water before. This retails at £7.95.

Dr Botanicals Lemon Superfood All-In-One Rescue Butter

The last full sized product and from a brand that I really like. I’ve tried quite a few products now from this brand but haven’t tried this one. I think this would make a great hand cream as I can’t live without them, my hands get so dry. However, it’ll make a good all round cream and really excited about trying this one out. This retails at £17.

Overall I’m pleased with everything in the box and great value for £14.95. There’s £63 worth of products inside! You can’t moan at that. Looking forward to this months box and seeing what’s inside.

What do you think of the products in April’s box?? Have you tried any?? Are you a Lovelula Subscriber??
